Natural Dye Workshop with Julie Tourtillotte

Free IWCA Activity at Saint Mary’s College

Attendees will go through the process of using natural dyes. From scouring and mordanting to preparing and using the dye baths. Leave with a swatch of the colors we make. We can also harvest some indigo to make a fresh-leaf indigo dye in a blender.

We will meet at the Moreau Building where Julie’s fiber classes are held. It is the same building where our exhibition was held.
